I made this low-fat oatmeal bread which is from Weight Watchers (one of few diets that actually work). Its part of my healthy diet in preparation for grad trip aka NYC/Cruise food fest.
One of my new goals is to shoot in manual more. I dropped a slice of bread while trying to be fancy with some food photography. Oh well, at least it gave me an excuse to eat another slice.

Exam time!

1. Finishing undergrad with the one I started with. "She's Korean too!". "..I'm not Korean." "Oh." Awkward pause.

2. 4. Exam time equals eating like a beast. Rice krispies, instant noodles, fried rice, BK, Godzilla deal, & triple chocolate chip cookies!

3. 5. Walks through Waterloo zoo and bumped into fat cat (Garfield).

I don't think it has fully hit me that this is the end of my undergraduate years, the "best" years of your life.

Cue music. Maybe this will help.
Five years.
From a year in residence, three semesters living with international students, European travels which had me in four countries in a single day, serving sesame chicken in the plaza, TA-ing in a chemistry lab, celebrating my 19th with sheep + Mickey d's cupcakes, my 21st in the Red Light District en route to Paris, trick-o-treating at an age one would usually go out to the night clubs, to many many nights of  food and conversations with the Waterloo girls.

Where to start? I came to University not knowing a single person, UW wasn't even on my radar until I came to visit Toronto X-mas 06 and realized how much bigger the world is outside of my hometown and felt an urge to break out of my shell and safety net. I wasn't too sure if I should write this post but it has been a long time since I've written a 'real' Dolly post aka deep blog spot. I've met some people that have changed my life for the better, pushed myself beyond my limits, became closer to my family, tested out career paths, experienced love as well as heartbreak, accepted myself and my dance moves, been a shoulder to cry on, cried on multiple shoulders, had eleven job interviews, failed at pulling my one and only all-nighter, ate too many happy meals, and just lived.

Five years of my life. Waterloo, I'll miss you.
